"Funeral Services To Be Held On Friday At Three O'clock"

"Mrs. Rebecca [sic] Jane Johns, 77, died this morning at 3 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mollie Capo, 1805 Twenty-eight street, following an illness of some duration.

Her husband, J. P. Johns, 83, passed away February 25. She is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. A. S. Burnham, Punta Gorda; Mrs. J. H. Daughtrey, Sr., Bradenton; and four sons, W. G. Johns, Atlanta; J. T. Johns, Jr., Tampa; J. S. Johns, St. Petersburg; and G. P. Johns, Rapid City, South Dakota.

A native of Florida, Mrs. Johns had resided in Bradenton for 10 years, making many friends who greatly deplore her passing.

The funeral will be conducted by the Revs. E. Watt Smith and L. R. Long of the Methodist church, at the Wakeman chapel Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The pallbearers will be Henry Griggs, O. L. Robinson, R. E. Strong, W. E. Rise, R. B. Jones and C. M. Stewart. Interment will be in Fogartyville cemetery."
