Mr. Larry Stephen “Pig” Lewis born May 11, 1951, departed this life on Thursday March 10, 2016, at the Hazard A.R.H. being 64-years, 9-months, and 29-days old. Larry was born in Hyden, Kentucky the Son of the late Fillmore Lewis and the late Edith Roberts Lewis. Larry was also preceded in death by his Son, Aaron Nicholas “Nicky” Whitney; Brothers, James Pearl Lewis, Danny Lewis and Donnie Lewis; Sister, Louise Lewis & Nancy Carol Lewis. Larry was a life-long resident of Leslie County and enjoyed spending time at the Lake and Boating.
Mr. Larry Stephen “Pig” Lewis leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Companion: Wilma Reid of Big Creek, KY; Daughters: Lisa Lewis Vega of Danville, KY, Larrisa Miller & Richy of Hazard, KY, Michelle Collett & Delanie of London, KY and Samantha Davis & Kenny of Manchester, KY; Sister: Betty Helen Gibson & Roe of Corbin, KY; Six Grandchildren: Kassidy, Alexia, John, Joshua, Caleb and Cade; Special Friends: Jeff Lewis and Bobby Huff; Also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral Services for Larry “Pig” Lewis will be conducted on Monday March 14, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church with Rev. Teddy Couch and Pastor Chris Fugate officiating. The Visitation will be at the church on Sunday evening from 5:00 till 9:00 P.M. The Interment will follow in the Laurel Fork Cemetery located at Rockhouse
