I found a copy of a birth certificate dated 2/8/1906 for Berthiah, giving her birth place as Temple NH and parents as Samuel and Betsey (Howard) Burnap. No birth date was listed. Death record for her son Clement gave her birth place as Wilton NH. Temple and Wilton are neighboring towns in Hillsborough County NH.
