Mr. William Richard Casto, Sr., 97, of Fayetteville passed away on Thurs. March 17, 2016.
Mr. Casto retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratories and the Atomic Energy Commission. He worked on the Manhattan Project during WWII and was an editor of the Nuclear Safety Journal.
