Bend Or was a chestnut Thoroughbred stallion bred and raced by Hugh Grosvenor, 1st Duke of Westminster. He won several major races including the most prestigious Epsom Derby in 1880. At stud, he was the Leading broodmare sire in Great Britain and Ireland in 1901 & 1902.
