She was the widow of William Adair, a retired cafeteria worker for the Monticello School System and was a member of Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn Thornton.
Survivors include two sons, David Adair and wife Sue of Greenwood, AR and Kenneth Adair and wife Vanessa of Monticello, AR; one brother, Luther Eugene McMahon of Monticello, AR; seven grandchildren, Tim, Kevin, Jared, William, Jason, Kenneth Jr. and Mellissa; ten step grandchildren; a special friend, Sharon Beard of Monticello, AR and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel.
Burial in Union Cemetery at Rye.
