John C. Harvey, son of David Henderson Harvey and Calista Everett Harvey. He was raised upon his father’s farm and took up farming and stock raising as an adult. After retiring from farming he made his home with his sister, Princess Harvey Raymer until Mrs. Raymer’s marriage to Josephus Monnette in 1935. At the time he removed to his brother D.H. Harvey’s home on South Vine Street where he lived for the remainder of his life. Mr. Harvey was not married in his lifetime.
