Mary Fee, daughter of Michael Fee, was born at Ballybay, Ireland, 7 Aug. 1824. She migrated to the United States with her parents and 5 brothers at age 16, arriving at New York City 18 Nov. 1840. The family settled at Merryall, PA. She married 4 Sept. 1850, John Nesbit, son of William Nesbit and Eleanor (Wood) Nesbit, who was also born at Ballybay, Ireland. Mary liked to sing and to tell stories of Ireland. She died 22 Feb. 1908 and was buried in the small hamlet her family and other close friends created - Ballibay, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
