Elizabeth Talbot was a daughter of John Talbot, 1st Earl of Shrewsbury(1384-1453) by his wife Margaret de Beauchamp, Countess of Shresbury (1404-1468). She married John de Mowbray, 4th Duke of Norfolk, 1st Earl of Surray, 17th Baron of Thirsk, KG (1444-1476) and had one child by that marriage.
