Allen, Josephine Walker, Dorothy Williams, Shelly Haywood, six grandchildren, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He served in the U.S. military during World War II from December 20, 1942 until September 25, 1943. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. August 24, 1982, at Trinity A.M.E. Church, 604 Lynhurst Drive, S.W.
