He married Sarah Elenor Martin and fathered Charlotte (b. 11/21/67), Frank (b. 09/09/69), Jennie A. "Jane" (b. 10/01/71 - married a Fishel), Benjamin Franklin (b. 10/29/73), Edwin (b. @1876), Leonard (b. 1880), and Charles (b. ?). He died in Monaghan Township, York County, from "uremia following cardiac dilatation."
