SAN RAFAEL — Services for Lucy Gallegos, 69, will be held at 10 a.m., March 11 at the San Rafael Church. Father Mathew will officiate. Visitation will be held at 4:30 p.m., today San Rafael Church. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m., today at the San Rafael Church. Gallegos died March 8 in Grants. She was born March 25, 1933 in Bernalillo, N.M. Gallegos was retired from the San Rafael Water Association after 29 years. She was a member of the Catholic church. Survivors include her husband Rafael C. Gallegos of San Rafael; sons Rafael Gallegos Jr. of Las Cruces and Gregory Gallegos of Grants; daughter Barbara Goltz of Grants; brother Fernie Martinez of Albuquerque; sisters Martha Murietta and Rose Lopez, both of Grants and Toni Waffen of Mesa, Ariz.; and six grandchildren. Gallegos was preceded in death by his son Ronnie and parents Edwardo and Saide Martinez. Pallbearers will be Gordon, Raymond, and Frankie Gallegos, Chris Lopez, David Chavez, Henry Murriezza Jr. and Alfredo Saavedra. The family will receive friends and relatives after the burial services at San Rafael Community Center
