A memorial service for Wilma Esther Yost, 87, of Terra Bella will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Myers Chapel in Porterville.
Mrs. Yost died here on Friday.
The Rev. Larry Cluff of First United Methodist Church in Porterville will officiate the service.
Following cremation at Myers Crematory, a private burial will be held.
Born in Denair, Mrs. Yost moved from Lennox to Terra Bella, where she was a resident for 24 years. She was employed as a teacher in the Lennox School District before retiring and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Porterville.
Mrs. Yost's survivors include her husband, Layton W. Yost of Terra Bella; two sons, Harold of Lomita and Ronald Yost of Torrance; a daughter, Marilyn Schaffer of Terra Bella; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
