NJ and died 1776 in Bedford, Fulton, PA
She and William had 7 children. They were:
Mary Pittman, Parthenia Pittman, Syche Pitman,
Sarah Pittman, Obediah Pittman, Elias Pittman,
Richard Pittman. She was either the 1st wife or
the second one. William was married twice.
His other wife was Esther Stillwell.
Hannah was also married twice. Once to William Pittman
and once to a Samuel Loker.
Her father was Samuel Kemble and her mother was
Mary Hill. She was married to William Nov. 4, 1741
in Mt. Holley, Burlington, NJ. This is very strange.
On the Family Groups page on Ancestry.com they have
Hannah and Esther marrying William on the same day.
Can anyone explain that? Is this a error? Or did
William take two wives at the same time?
