Obit: Norma Binkley Behr, 78, Wesley Manor, died unexpectedly at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 29, 1983, in Clinton County Hospital, Frankfort, Indiana.
Mrs. Behr had lived in Frankfort since 1910, and was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church. She was a retired supervisor for the former Jules L. Simon and Co.
She was born March 1, 1905, in Boone County, to Josiah Robert and Fannie Graham Binkley. She married Rudolph "Doc" Behr in 1929, and he survives.
Also surviving are a sister, Agnes Copeland of Frankfort; and a brother, Loren Binkley of Frankfort.
Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery, Frankfort.
