Daughter of Elijah Hardy & Esther (Freeman) Hardy.

1st married George H. Wiggins, son of David & Matilda Wiggins, on Jan. 13, 1872 in Fitchburg, MA. Marriage ended in divorce.

2nd married William S. Bostic, son of Peter & Annie (Jones) Bostic, on May 3, 1896 in Worcester, MA. His second marriage (wid).

Upon her death in 1925, Mrs. Abbie Bostic left the residue of her estate in trust for the Home for Aged Colored Women, where she had lived for the year prior. In particular, she intended the fund to help care for sick inmates of the home, and burial of the dead. In addition, she left $300 to the Seventh Day Advent Society for the care of their poor members.
