Albert Exley died April 17th, 1922 at the age of 65. He was born in 1856 at Dewsbury, England to Harpin Exley, a brick maker, and Susan Ellis. His family moved to New Zealand in January, 1859 aboard the Strathallan, and they landed on the 14th in Timaru. Albert was buried on April 19th, 1922.
