SYLVIA NACHLAS
Sylvia F. Nachlas [nee Friedberg], 89, retired vice-president and treasurer of Fair Lanes, Inc. and a supporter of cultural, charitable and educational, died of heart failure at Union Memorial Hospital Monday.
The North Baltimore resident was a supporter of the Baltimore Museum of Art, the Baltimore Symphony, the Peabody Institute, the Johns Hopkins University and the Associated of Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore.
She was the beloved wife of Paul Nachlas, beloved sister of the late Irene Freidberg, Sidney M. Friedberg, Julius Friedberg, Herbert L. Friedberg and Thelma Brooks, also survived by three generations of nieces and nephews.
Services at Sol Levinson and Bros. Home, 6010 Reisterstown rd on Wednesday March 8 at 10 am. Interment private. Please omit flowers.
