Mrs. Edward (Agnes) Williams, 84, Wimbledon, died May 26, 1989 in a Valley City hospital. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, May 31, in Eidfjord Lutheran Church, rural Walum.
Agnes Krokum was born July 24, 1904 near Hannaford, daughter of the Late Louis and Caroline (Christianson) Krokum. She grew up and attended school there and was married to Edward Williams in Cooperstown April 11, 1922. The couple farmed their entire married life in the Hannaford and Sutton community. He died in June, 1963. She continued to live on the family farm.
Survivors and two sons, Everett of Wimbledon and Vernon of Harwood; two daughters, Mrs. George (Lorraine) Bultema of Valley City and Mrs. Clayton (Yvonne) Anderson, Portland, North Dakota; 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Dorothy Mae, a brother, Melvin, and a grandson, Dennis, preceded her in death.
