Kathleen enjoyed bingo, crossword puzzles, and playing the penny slots in Laughlin and Las Vegas with her friends. Her favorite TV shows and movies were crime dramas and she especially liked to read James Patterson books. Kathleen loved her cats, Catalina and Molly; she called them her “besties.” Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
Kathleen is survived by her son and daughter in law, Chris and Vicky Ackermann; grandson, Connor Ackermann, granddaughter, Madeleine Ackermann; brothers, Terry and Jimmy; sister, Judy; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Madeleine McCloskey.
