Beulah H. Culbertson PORTSMOUTH - Beulah Harrison Culbertson, 86, formerly of the 4000 block of Garwood Ave., passed away Monday, May 23, 2011 in a local hospital. Born Feb. 7, 1925 in Coeburn, Va., she was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Sadie Harrison and her husband, James Culbertson. Beulah was a retired Church of God minister; and a member of Portsmouth Church of God of Prophecy in Portsmouth. She is survived by a daughter, Terry L. Lee and her husband James J. Lee of Portsmouth; a son, James E. Culbertson and his wife Loretta Kay Culbertson of Portsmouth, N.H.; a sister, Betty Harris of N. Charleston, S.C.; a brother, Wayne Harrison of Coeburn, Va.; and a granddaughter, Donna K. Menard and her husband Rick Menard of Rochester, N.H. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 27, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel by the Rev. William Paramore and the Rev. Ben Fulton.
