Quincy Fravel was a twin of Clay Fravel. Their parents were John and Jane Marie (Waters) Fravel. Quincy was a farmer for many years in Pataskala, Ohio. He married Martha Jane McDaniel, daughter of Rev. William Kent and Sarah (Rife) McDaniel. Quincy and Martha were the parents of: Carra M. Fravel b. Feb. 8, 1870; Vinnette L. Fravel b. Sep. 1, 1872; and Arthur Clay Fravel b. Mar 28, 1882.
