Swedish dog. She was a retired German Shepherd army dog when she was hired to guard B. F. Goodrich tires' warehouse in Solna, Sweden, under Managing Director C. Erik Riddderstedt. She had some eye trouble, and when she retired from that job she moved in with the Ridderstedt family in their Danderyd villa. Her army training meant that she could open most unlocked doors, including the ones to the kitchens of neighbors, and also would not tolerate any fighting, even stopping young people doing shake dancing at parties they had at the house. She stayed with Stefan Ridderstedt and his fiancé in her last years and died in their apartment.
