Marilyn Wendland, 36, of 817 1/2 Third Street North, New Ulm, died Wednesday at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester of kidney and liver failure.
Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. today at Gedstad Firle Funeral Home, and one hour before services at the church on Saturday.
Services will be at 10;30 a.m. Saturday at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in New Ulm, with burial in the New Ulm City Cemetery.
She is survived by daughter Donna Mae of New Ulm; father Claus Lingbeek of New Ulm; sisters Mrs. Allie (Irene) Eisele of Reading, Mrs. Roger (Darleen) Stolt of Campbellsport, Wis.; brother Robert Lingbeek of rural New Ulm and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother.
She was born to Claus and Ina Lingbeek in Gaylord on March 23, 1943. She had lived in New Ulm since 1962. She had been employed at several different places in New Ulm, including Kraft and the New Ulm Country Club. She had been in poor health the past two years.
