Survivors include: his wife of 44 years, Louise Mancil Bullard of Douglas, GA; daughter, Pamela Kay (Kim) Hartnett of Boise, ID; five grandchildren, Nathan (Julianne) Steineckert of Cedar City, UT, Hayley (J.D.) Cochran of College Station, TX, Lindsey (Steven) Smith of Idaho Falls, ID, Ashley Steineckert of Salt Lake City, UT, and Joshua Steineckert of Boise, ID; nine great-grandchildren; a special niece, Cindy Spivey of Douglas, GA; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a sister, Anna Lloyd Owen.
Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 1100 a.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Dr. John Dobbins and Rev. Howard Holt officiating. The interment followed at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.
Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
