Served in the following battles; Buzzard Roost Cap, GA, Chancellorsville, VA, Gettysburg, PA, Funkstown, MD, Resaca, GA, Missionary Ridge, TN, Kenesaw Mountain, GA.

Son of Francis C. and Amerilla (Marsh) Story per Washington County records and Albert lists them on his marriage record.
Married Martha Gordon on Oct. 8, 1901.
