Verena D. “Rena” Nadler, 83, of Chilton, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Chilton. Verena was born November 10, 1932, daughter of the late Richard and Hilda (Sabel) Stephanie. Rena married Lance E. Nadler on September 11, 1954 at St. Michael Catholic Church in the Town of Mitchell near Parnell in Sheboygan County. He preceded her in death on August 22, 2013.

Rena was employed at Foley Aluminum for 18 years and was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. In her free time, Rena enjoyed antiquing, going to rummage sales, watching the Green Bay Packers, and going out to eat with her friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Cindy (Todd) Schwarz of Chilton; grandson, Jason (Jody) Schwarz of Brillion; 2 great-granddaughters, Olivia and Campbell Schwarz; a sister, Rita Schuh of Plymouth; two sisters-in-law, Sonia Stephanie of Crivitz and Cathy Nadler of Chilton; her dear friends, Shirley Chesebro, Dorthy Reif, Germaine Fesing, Bernice Ninedorf, and Marge Kasper; and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Lance, Rena was preceded in death by 2 sisters; 2 brothers; 1 sister-in-law; and 3 brothers-in-law.

Funeral services will be at 6:45pm on Monday, July 11, 2016 at Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main Street) in Chilton. Entombment will be in Knollwood Memorial Mausoleum in Manitowoc.
