Mary Jane Galer's "COLUMBUS, GA: Lists of People, 1828-1852, and Sexton's Reports to 1866" (2000), p. 253, shows: Mrs. M. M. DUDLEY, a non-resident, died aged 36 years (cause of death not reported); interred 01 JUN 1865. [It is inferred that all burials reported by the Sexton prior to 1890 took place either at the city cemetery for "Whites" (later named Linwood) or the city cemetery for "Colored persons" (later named Porterdale).]
This is perhaps Mrs. Martha (UNKNOWN) HARRIS DUDLEY, who married 07 AUG 1849 in Muscogee County, Georgia, to Enoch DUDLEY. She is aged 25 years on the 1850 census and aged 30 years on the 1860 census. He appears as a widower with several daughters on the 1870 census of City Ward 4, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia.
This grave evidently is not identifiably marked.
