I'm trying to figure out who this person is. In researching I have found that he is the only Bloomer listed in this cemetery. Boone County is a county located in the U.S. state of Illinois. As of the 2020 census, the population was 53,448. Its county seat is Belvidere. Boone County is included in the Rockford, IL Metropolitan Statistical Area. I could only find one Charles Bloomer living in Rockford which is in Winnebago County, Illinois during the 1920 census. That Charles was born in Sweden about 1872. He had arrived in the U.S. about 1887 and was listed as being single. The only 1910 census with a Charles Bloomer born in Sweden was born about 1883 living in Brooklyn, Kings, New York. If anyone can find the death record, obituary or at least the gravestone photo that would be great.
