Rafael Santillan was born to his parents Augustine and Carmen Santillan on December 31, 1931.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Armandina T. Santillan and his 5 Children. He is preceded in death by his first wife of 36 years Minerva (Minnie) Santillan. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and a long time friend Raymond Sanchez.
Rafael served in the Korean War. He retired from Charter Oil & Gas, where he worked for 37 years. Special Thanks to Lorenzo and Armandina Santillan, as well as Hospice, who helped with his final journey.
