Dąbrowicz, Michał – Aged 23, production inspector at the Poznań Union of Civil Engineering Works in Industrial Construction, extramural student at the Department of Mechanics of the Poznań University of Technology. He died at the Franiszek Raszeja Municipal Hospital on June 28, 1956 in the afternoon. His funeral was held on June 30, 1956 at 4:00 pm at the Cemetery of the Assumption of Mary Collegiate Parish at the junction of Ignacego Daszyńskiego Street and Wrzesińska Street in Środa Wielkopolska, sector I/68, left-hand side, row 4, grave 7 – (row and grave are counted from the second sepulchre made of red brick).

Michał was a victim of the 1956 murders of anti-communist protestors in Poznań, Poland. It is estimated that over one hundred innocent people were shot to death simply for protesting against the Polish government.
