Charles E. Livengood, 50, World War veteran, died at 4:30 yesterday afternoon at his home, 81 East Ross Street, after a long illness of a heart condition. His brother, Lloyd Livengood, was killed in the World War and is buried in France.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Augusta Livengood; two brothers, A. Bennett Livengood of this city, and Joseph at home, and three sisters, Mrs. Clara Eyerman and Mrs. Herman Dippe of Wilkes-Barre and Mrs. Peter Loefler of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Livengood was a member of Wilkes-Barre Post 132, American Legion and the Disabled War Veterans.
