Aline Ward Ashcraft, 84, of White Hall, died Thursday, August 18, 2016.

She was born April 19, 1932 in Warren, daughter of Frank and Tommie Reep Ward.

Mrs. Ashcraft was reared and received her early education in Woodlawn, graduating from Woodlawn High School.

She was a faithful member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ashcraft was a partner with her daughter, Trish, at Trish Ferrell Photography. She did many things including answering the phone, taking care of the yard and entertaining the children smiling for their pictures.
When she was not at the studio or in church, she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, M.H. Ashcraft; daughter, Sandra K. Ferguson; three brothers, Charles Everett Ward, Sam Bob Ward and Sonny Ward; and great-grandchild, Andrew Ferrell.

Survivors include her daughter, Trish Ferrell (Roy) of White Hall; two sisters, Pebble Montgomery and Vonnie Winningham (Buddy), all of Monticello; six grandchildren, Jamie Milliken (Don), Linea Ferguson (Don Schultz), Amanda Haynes (David), Scott Ferrell (Mary), Kelli Kennedy (Tony Ogles) and Rob Ferguson; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Stephen Harrison officiating.

Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 2-4 p.m. at Robinson’s.
