Lucille Adkins, 94, passed away on August 18, 2016. She was born on October 29, 1921 in Ross County to Alfia and Grace (Justice) Parker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by son; Roger Dearth, brothers; Richard and Robert Parker, sister; Louise Sowers and by son-in-law; George Dabbs. Lucille is survived by her husband, a daughter, a daughter-in-law, two stepchildren, 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 9 great, great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Morton officiating with burial to follow in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8 p.m.
