At age 72, Alta M. Corbett, died at 7:30 p.m. at Divine Providence Hospital. She was the widow of Clarence A. Corbett Sr.. Alta was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. Born on on a Friday, she was the daughter of Charles E. Ohnmeiss and Susan E. (Wren) Ohnmeiss. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mary Lindsey, of Montoursville, and Mrs. Elizabeth Neuber, Mrs. Veronica Henrickson and Mrs. Shirleylu Scheurer, all of this city; a son, Clarence A. Jr., and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Fox, both of Montoursville; five brothers, Robert, Clyde and Chester Ohnmeiss, all of this city, Raymond Ohnmeiss, of Harrisburg, and Harold Ohnmeiss of Los Angeles, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
