Mary (White) Stotts Mullins, 92, of Lexington, IN, passed away at 7:22 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, IN.

Born February 29, 1924 in Wolf Coal, KY, she was the daughter of Samuel and Anna (Watts) White.

Mary worked at Morgan Packing Company and was the Manager at Marysville Lake. She was a member of Safe Harbor Church of God. Mary enjoyed reading, was a wonderful cook, loved to memorize stories and poems and tell them to her children & grandchildren.

On January 24, 1946 she married Claude “Buck” Stotts who preceded her in death in 1981. On March 5, 1988 she married Elias Mullins who passed away on January 11, 2015.

Survivors include, children, Carolyn L. Stotts of Deputy, IN, Anna K. Shelley-Smith of Scottsburg, IN, Brenda (Bill) Barger of Austin, IN, Barbara (Lonnie) Smith of Austin, IN, Joyce Campbell of Austin, IN, Gearl Dean (Wayne) Williams of Scottsburg, IN, Melissa (Brian) Robinson of Deputy, IN, Donna (Philip) Moore of Scottsburg, IN, Bradley Mullins of Urbana, OH, Tim Mullins of Scottsburg, IN and Tommy Mullins of Austin, IN, 27 grandchildren, Benjy H. Stotts of Austin, IN, Justin Hall of Scottsburg, IN, Misty S. (Chet) Hedrick of Crothersville, IN, Raymond L. “Brother” Banks of Scottsburg, IN, Larry Don Shelley Jr. of Corydon, IN, 38 great grandchildren & 10 great great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by 1 daughter, Bonnie Jean Banks, 2 sisters, Martha Helton, Bertha Deaton, 1 brother, William White, and 1 grandson Les Paul Shelley.

Pastor Billy Joe Deaton will conduct funeral services at 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 14, 2016 at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Scottsburg, with burial to follow at New Providence Cemetery. Friends may visit from 10:00 AM until the service time on Sunday.
