Mrs. Samuel (Winnie Lee) Rhodes, 57, was dead on arrival at Methodist Hospital Saturday.
She was born Oct. 16, 1913, at Grenada, Miss., a daughter of Reed and Ellen (Smith) Crowder. She married Samuel Reed Rhodes in 1928 in Grenada, Miss.
Surviving are her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Mary Miller; and five sisters, Mrs. Mamie L. Jones, Mrs. Alberta Wysinger, Mrs. Bonnie Cartwright, Mrs. Irene Miller, and Mrs. Beatrice Bryant, all of Peoria.
She was preceded in death by one son, one sister, and one brother.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
