"Mrs. Evelyn Koestlin Woodard, 17 W. Sixth St., Newport, died Tuesday at her home. She was 74 years old.

Survivors include a son, H. J. Koestlin, Cincinnati; a daughter, Mrs. Anna Arnold, Newport, and a brother, Earl Marxmiller, Georgetown, Ohio.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Betz funeral home, Newport. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery."
