Centerport, Jan. 4 - George E. Moyer, 63, died yesterday in his home in Mohrsville.
Born in Maxatawny Township, a son of Mary K. (Bissy) Moyer and the late Lewis E. Moyer, he was a member of the Central Berks Fire Co., here, and its relief association.
Surviving in addition to his mother, a guest at the Topton Lutheran Home, are two stepbrothers, Elwood DeLong, Topton, and Jacob DeLong, Hamburg, and two stepsisters, Cora, wife of Edward Bowers, Hamburg, and Neoma, wife of Glenroy Bankle, Merztown R.D. 1.
The Rev. David H. Rapp will officiate at private services on Saturday at the Naftzinger Funeral Home, here. Burial will be made in St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg.
