ALICE ADAMS
Alice Johnson Adams, 83, of Centralia died May 6, 1998, at St. Mary's Hospital.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Adams was born July 3, 1914, in Macedonia, a daughter of Evan and Cynthia (Harris) Johnson. Nov. 11, 1934, at Centralia, she married James L. Adams.
Services will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Irvin Funeral Home Chapel in Centralia.
Mrs. Adams is survived by three daughters, Inis King of Victoria, Sara Norton of Hurricane, W.Va. and Monica "Bunny" Christian of Lewiston, Idaho; two sisters, Lena Young of Centralia and Dorothy Carson of McLeansboro; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her parents; two infant children; one brother, Carl; and two sisters, Eva Phillips and Edna.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
