Crescent City - Mrs. Chester W. Baer (-1912) died at her home on the Junction road last Friday evening, after a painful illness of some two weeks. The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon from her mother's home and the interment was in Eden Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Hunsberger of the Presbyterian church conducted the services at the home and grave. Deceased was a daughter of Mrs. A. M. Norris and had long lived here. She was married to Mr. Baer a little more than a year ago. Deep sympathy is felt in the community for the bereaved husband, mother, sister and other relatives. (Palatka News Obituary dtd Friday, 27 Dec 1912.)
