Sam Carroll was the father of Tommy and Loretta Carroll of London, Billy Joe and Sandra Carroll of East Bernstadt and Rosa Lee and Lee Roy Early of Lexington, Kentucky. He was the brother of Eldon Carroll of North Carolina and Mattie Barbuto of London.
Rev. Bobby Helton and Rev. David Sargent will officiate at the service.
