ZIHLMAN, Nov. 18 — Rites for Miss Idella Rizer, 42, who died yesterday at the home of her mother, Mrs. Alfred Rizer, will be held Monday at the residence with Rev. Wilbur H. Grose, pastor of Eckhart Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
