Word was received here this week of the death of James Murrin, who died at his home at Palmyra Monday morning, at 8 o'clock, funeral services was held in that city Thursday at 9 o'clock. Mr. Murrin was for many years a resident of this city and ha many old friends here. For a number of years he has been watchman at the rock cut north of Palmyra. He leaves a wife and four daughters to mourn his death.
