Angelo Demao, 87, of Arnold died Tuesday (Jan. 28, 2003) in Wellington Regional Medical Center, Wellington, Fla.

He was born Aug. 4, 1915, in Johnetta, and lived in the Valley most of his life.

He was a World War II Army veteran.

A glass cutter, he worked for American St. Gobain Glass in Arnold and Jeannette.

Mr. Demao was a member of St. Vladimir Catholic Church, Arnold.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Markovich Demao; two sons, Michael (Nancy) Demao of Arnold and Albert Demao of Mechanicsburg; a daughter, Adeline Demao of Wellington; a brother, Albert Demao of Maryland; and a sister, Rose Colaianni of Lower Burrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Adelina Christopher DeMeo; a brother, Levio Demao; and a sister, Mary Nicastro.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the GIUNTA FUNERAL HOME INC., 1509 Fifth Ave., Arnold, where Parastus prayers will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday and again at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Divine Liturgy will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Vladimir Church. Burial will be in Union Cemetery mausoleum, Arnold.
