Stephanie B. (nee Bonafide) McDermott passed away peacefully on Monday, September 26, 2016, at her residence in Moorestown surrounded by her family after a courageous 3 year battle with cancer.
Beloved wife to Sean J. McDermott and loving mother of Jack T. McDermott. Daughter of Nancy Bonafide and the late James Bonafide, sister of Emily Bonafide. Daughter-in-law of Margaret Vernacchio (the late Tony Vernacchio) and Patrick McDermott Sr. (Kathy McDermott).
Born in Elmhurst, IL, Stephanie was 39 years old. She was raised in Elmhurst, IL and resided in Moorestown, NJ for the last 3 years with her family. Stephanie received her Bachelor's Degree from Iowa University. Stephanie relished her role as being a wonderful mother for Jack the last 5 years. Stephanie is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Sunday Eve 5-8 P.M. and Monday morning 9-10 A.M. at SNOVER/GIVNISH'S OF CINNAMINSON, 1200 Route 130 North. Stephanie's Memorial Service will follow at 10 A.M. Private Inurnment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park.
