Florence Bertha Malotky age 87 of Prescott Valley, AZ, died on November 23, 2004. She was born January 3, 1917 in Clintonville, WI, the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Greunke.

She had lived over 50 years in Arlington, VA before moving to Arizona in 2000. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Louis D. Malotky. Survivors include two daughters, Carol (Brent) McMahan, Prescott Valley, AZ and Susan (Jack) Jezorek, Greensboro, NC; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one sister, Ruth (Everett) Mitchell, Tigard, OR.

Florence was a loving wife, mother, and special friend to many who knew and loved her. She devoted her life to family and others. She and Lou were long-time members of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Falls Church, VA where they gave freely of their time, talent, and resources. Her gentleness and generosity will be missed by everyone who knew her.

The family thanks all the devoted care givers who took such good care of Florence especially those at the Shiloh Home where she lived her final year. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Falls Church, VA on January 20 at 11 a.m.
