Janet Lynn Kustes, 45, died Thursday at her home.
She was the former Janet Lynn Schmidt and owner of Kaufman Kustes & Williams Insurance Services.
Survivors: sons Randolph P. Jr., Christopher M. and Jason S. Kustes; a daughter, Angela M. Hagan; parents Charles E. Sr. and Mary G. Schmidt; brothers Charles E. Jr., Steven L. and James P. Schmidt; a sister, Suzanne M. Cowley; and three granddaughters.
Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Monday St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 115-1 Maple Way. Burial: Resthaven. Visitation: Arch L. Heady Okolona, 8519 Preston Highway, 6-9 p.m. Saturday, and 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. Sunday.
