MR. MARION ALBANY
Mr. Marion Albany, 73, of 31 Carroll St., died Tuesday, Feb. 6, 1996, at Allendale County Hospital, Fairfax.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Virgin Mary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Sullivan Bush officiating. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Albany, a native of Allendale County, was a logger for Little Red Logging Co., Fairfax, and worked for more than 40 years at Bill Harbuck's service station. He was a member of Virgin Mary Baptist Church, where he was a member of the trustee board and senior choir.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Albany Jr., Marion Albany Jr. and Willie Joe Smith, all of Allendale; six daughters, Pearlie M. Jackson, Lurine Jordan, Diane Allen, Queen Esther Dukes, Mary Jane Penn and Patricia Albany, all of Allendale; a brother, Ernest Albany, Allendale; 32 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
Interment: Gravel Hill
