Death at Advanced Age

Mrs. Julia Rose, who was badly injured by being burn last week, was unable to overcome the effects of the burns and scare incident thereto and death came to her relief Sunday night.

Mrs. Rose was ninety-two years of age. She was born in Bohon, Ky., and was marred at that place, later coming to Franklin with her husband in 1864. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Susan Settle. She was a staunch member of the Christian church and so long as she was able regularly, attended worship at that church.

The funeral was held at the late home of West Madison Street Tuesday afternoon at 2:00, Rev. C. R. Hudson conducting the services. The remains were laid to rest in Greenlawn cemetery.
